KNAPP, a global automation leader based in Kennesaw, GA, seeks a Buyer for Installation Services to develop and manage a contractor network across North America. You will lead supplier negotiations, RFQ/RFP processes, and labor capacity planning to support project execution with customers.

Responsibilities include maintaining qualification records, collaborating with Legal/Risk, and driving cost improvements while ensuring safety and project schedules.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Minimum five years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, subcontractor management, or related discipline.
• Strong supplier negotiation and contracting experience.
• Experience with RFQs/RFPs and vendor performance processes.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain, and expand a qualified network of installation contractors across North America.
• Identify, evaluate, qualify, and onboard new installation partners to support growth.
• Manage contractor qualification records, insurance requirements, and onboarding processes.
• Lead RFQ and RFP processes for installation labor and related services.
• Negotiate labor rates, terms, and contracts with suppliers.
• Forecast labor demand and subcontractor capacity with management.
• Monitor supplier performance with KPIs and scorecards.
• Create and manage installation-related purchase orders and contracts.
• Provide regular procurement reporting to leadership.
