Job summary

KNAPP Group, a global automation leader in intralogistics, seeks a Buyer – Installation Services in Kennesaw, GA. You will manage installation contractor networks, lead RFQ/RFP processes, and ensure labor capacity aligns with project demand across North America.

You will collaborate with Installation Management, Project Management, Operations, Legal, and Finance to negotiate terms, drive supplier performance, and mitigate risk while supporting safe, on-time, within-budget project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in related field.
• Five years of procurement/strategic sourcing experience.
• Experience with RFQ/RFP processes and vendor performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and expand a network of installation contractors across North America.
• Identify and onboard new installation partners to support growth and labor capacity.
• Maintain contractor qualification records and onboarding processes.
• Lead sourcing strategies for installation services and subcontracted labor.
