Job summary

ZS is a management consulting and technology firm focused on life sciences, patient access, and market strategy. The ASI team delivers deep expertise on business‑to‑business engagement, pricing and value strategy with advanced analytics and tailored market access solutions for pharma and life sciences.

You will work on strategy insights, planning, and key account management with cross‑functional teams, mentoring junior staff and participating in business development in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• MBA with bachelor’s degree or PhD with business application.
• 5–8 years of relevant work experience may substitute for MBA/PhD.
• Consulting experience in healthcare and life sciences highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of US/global pharma market access and pricing.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope with project leadership and develop approach.
• Lead project task execution, organize data and coordinate meetings.
• Conduct issue analysis and develop hypotheses on client issues.
• Design and execute qualitative and/or quantitative analyses.
• Synthesize findings and communicate results to clients and teams.
• Provide thought leadership and innovation within projects.
• Participate in business development.
• Coach and mentor junior team members.
• Contribute to internal firm activities.
