Job summary

ZS is seeking an Strategy Insights and Planning Associate Consultant in Life Sciences & Commercial Strategy to join a high-impact team supporting a leading pharmaceutical client.

You’ll collaborate with consultants, strategists, and analytics professionals to deliver actionable commercial insights that shape strategic decisions and outcomes for patients and customers. Hybrid work and travel are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree required with strong quantitative/analytic coursework.
• 3+ years of relevant post-collegiate job experience; PhD may substitute for work experience.
• Experience in pharma/biotech/healthcare or life sciences preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leverage problem solving and frameworks to develop client solutions.
• Conduct marketResearch and desk research to derive insights for decision making.
• Design analyses using Excel and ZS proprietary tools; synthesize results for clients.
