Job summary

The U.S. Chamber of Commerce seeks a highly strategic and data-driven Director of Strategic Insights and Analytics to lead the team responsible for turning internal, member, market, and competitive information into actionable insights and decision support.

You will build financial models, conduct deep-dive research, and leverage AI tools to guide executive decisions and strategic initiatives, partnering with senior leaders across the organization in Washington, DC.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience in strategy, analytics, management consulting, corporate strategy, business intelligence, strategic finance, or strategic operations.
• Advanced Excel modeling and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Build financial models, business cases, ROI analyses, and opportunity assessments.
• Conduct market, industry, competitive, and benchmarking research.
• Analyze member, operational, and financial data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Establish and maintain a centralized repository of research, insights, member feedback, and supporting data.
• Leverage AI and LLM-based tools to accelerate research, analysis, and content development.
• Support the development of executive presentations, strategic recommendations, and decision-making materials.
