TriState Capital Bank is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to broaden client relationships and pursue new business opportunities with financial advisors in a defined geography. The role is based in our Pittsburgh offices and involves proactive outreach to advisors to promote our securities-based loan products.

Responsibilities include coordinating meetings, supporting territory management, and leading parts of the business plan while delivering presentations and developing drip marketing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a finance-related discipline.
• 1–3 years of financial services experience with demonstrated sales goals.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platform.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with external sales partner and management to expand relationships with financial advisors.
• Coordinate meetings/calls with clients and their advisors for relationship management and loan applications.
• Assist the external partner with scheduling key meetings in the territory for effective territory management.
• Lead aspects of the business plan and manage follow-ups, presentations, and sales kits.
• Present TriState’s product offerings to advisors to show fit with client needs.
• Develop and maintain a drip marketing strategy to stay top of mind for lending opportunities in the region.
• Maintain deep product knowledge to conduct meetings and joint presentations with advisors.
