Cambia Health Solutions is searching for a Strategy and Innovation Consultant to join their Corporate Strategy team. The hybrid role offers flexibility as it requires being in the office 3 days per week, with locations available in Portland, OR, Renton, WA, Salt Lake City, UT, Boise, ID, and Fargo, ND.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background with at least 5 years of experience in business strategy or consulting, a Bachelor’s degree in Economics or related field, and advanced skills in financial modeling and data analysis tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in business strategy development or management consulting.
• Experience in healthcare preferred.
• Experience with AI tools highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Perform data-driven analyses and visualizations, translating findings into presentations.
• Develop financial models and business cases to evaluate strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with executives to understand and advance business objectives.
