Job summary

Shermco in the Dallas–Fort Worth area seeks a Program Manager, Strategic Initiatives to lead multiple integration projects across Accounting and Finance, aligning with the Transformation organization. You will coordinate plans, timelines, dependencies, and decisions to deliver integrated financial processes and reporting.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of experience in program or project management with large, cross-functional initiatives.
• Demonstrated success managing multi-workstream programs with defined schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
• Strong command of project/program management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Experience developing detailed project plans, managing dependencies, and driving execution rigor.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to track performance metrics and financial impacts.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program management for strategic initiatives and coordinate related projects and workstreams.
• Develop and maintain integrated program roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, resource plans, risks, and decisions.
• Serve as the project manager for defined initiatives, owning plans, timelines, stakeholder coordination, issues, and execution.
• Establish and manage program governance, including steering committees, reviews, and escalation paths.
• Connect program objectives to enterprise priorities and ensure measurable value and adoption.
• Actively manage scope, schedule, resources, and priority trade-offs across the program.
