Position Title: Strategic Initiatives Partner

Location: REMOTE

Job Summary:

Key Objectives / Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate strategic projects: Take charge of executing strategic projects and initiatives, ensuring they align with the company's objectives and milestones
• Develop project schedules, monitor progress, and adjust as needed to ensure project deadlines and goals are met
• Communicate project status internally to the project team and externally with customers and other involved parties regularly
• Identify and resolve project-related issues, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Oversee key portfolios: Manage important portfolios such as partnerships, investor relationships, M&A strategy, and Gen AI integration
• Develop frameworks to support the management and execution of these portfolios
• Regularly report on the progress, outcomes, and impact of these portfolios to senior leadership and other relevant parties
• Support business reviews: Regularly review OKR progress, provide supporting analysis, and develop monthly monitoring reports
• Maintain schedule of reviews and manage intermediate timelines
• Supports Chief of Staff
• Provide insights and analysis on industry trends, challenges, and opportunities
• Research industry trends Prepare briefings, presentations, and reports for Chief of Staff and CEO

Key Capabilities:

• Strong project management and documentation skills with the ability to manage complex projects and make data-driven decisions
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the capacity to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Build processes and templates to support key initiatives
• Must have P&C industry experience.
• Understand how to navigate the business
• Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills,
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively represent the project team to stakeholders
• Proficiency in project management tools, Excel, PPT, Salesforce, CoPilot

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, MBA or equivalent
