Job summary

PayPal is seeking a day-to-day lead for strategic projects that drive growth and improvements in line with our Corporate Strategy. You will establish, oversee, and execute key workstreams, partnering with other teams to conduct analyses and facilitate collaboration across the organization.

As a manager, you will ensure projects stay on track, coach workstream drivers, and bring synthesized materials and recommendations to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify issues and recommend best practices based on specialized expertise.
• Lead functional projects and programs that contribute to business improvements.
• Partner with teams to analyze business trends and inform strategic decisions.
• Facilitate collaboration among team members to enhance project outcomes.
