Job summary

INDI is seeking a Controlling - Strategic Initiatives Analyst to support decision-making with data-driven insights. You will analyze business data, identify improvement opportunities, and propose changes across core processes while partnering with leadership to ensure data consistency and alignment.

You will build reports and dashboards, collaborate with Finance, Sales, Client Services, IT, HR, Marketing, Talent Acquisition, and R&D, and communicate insights to both technical and non-technical

Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis, controlling, data analysis, or a related role.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional business teams.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Strong communication skills to present insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Advanced level of English.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing business and operational data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Proposing changes and optimizations to key business processes based on data analysis.
• Developing proactive analyses and responding to data requests from the Board.
• Building reports and dashboards to support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Collaborating with Finance, Sales, Client Services, IT, HR, Marketing, Talent Acquisition, and R&D teams.
• Ensuring data consistency, accuracy, and alignment across different business areas.
