Job summary

ACCIONA leads regenerative infrastructure globally and seeks a Business Development Manager in Alpharetta, GA. You will identify, evaluate, and pursue growth opportunities across infrastructure, transportation, construction, energy, concessions, and PPP markets.

You will work with executive leadership and multi-disciplinary teams to position ACCIONA for data-driven growth, maintain dashboards, and support pursuit strategy through collaboration across North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree requirement in a related field and 7–10 years of BD, client management, or market intelligence experience.
• Experience in infrastructure, transportation, construction, engineering, energy, concessions, or PPP environments.
• Ability to synthesize market data into actionable business insights and dashboards for leadership.
• Strong proposal development, capture planning, and win-strategy capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities aligned with regional and corporate growth objectives.
• Lead market intelligence, procurement forecasts, and market trend analyses to inform pursuit strategy.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (operations, finance, legal, design, etc.) to advance BD priorities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, pipeline reports, and executive summaries for leadership.
• Support capture planning, win strategy, and proposal development for pursuits.
