Job summary

Corps Team seeks an experienced Indirect Sourcing Specialist for a 12-month contract in Medina, MN. Hybrid role, 2-3 days on-site weekly, supporting enterprise-wide sourcing for engineering capital equipment, IT and services.

You will execute RFIs/RFPs/RFQs, lead negotiations, and manage contracts and SOWs with Legal and business stakeholders to optimize costs and mitigate supplier risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3-5 years of sourcing or procurement experience.
• Experience supporting Engineering Capital Equipment, IT or Services.
• Experience managing the full Source-to-Contract lifecycle.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Advanced analytical skills with data extraction from multiple systems.
• Proficiency with Excel pivot tables and dashboards.
• Experience with ERP/CLM/supplier management systems.
• Knowledge of procurement compliance and contracting fundamentals.
• Excellent communication and project management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support Source-to-Contract activities for engineering, tech and services.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to develop sourcing strategies.
• Prepare and execute RFIs, RFPs, RFQs and supplier benchmarking.
• Assist in commercial negotiations including pricing and terms.
• Collaborate with Legal to negotiate and finalize contracts and SOWs.
• Ensure sourcing aligns with policies and regulatory obligations.
• Analyze spend data and contracting compliance for insights.
• Develop sourcing dashboards and reports for leadership reviews.
• Drive cost reduction, consolidation, and process improvements.
• Manage multiple sourcing projects with deadlines.
• perform other duties as assigned.
