Stampede Culinary Partners is looking for an Indirect Purchasing Analyst to join our team in Bridgeview, IL. This role focuses on ensuring material availability, coordinating with suppliers, and maintaining accurate purchasing records to support production demands.

The ideal candidate has at least three years in purchasing or supply chain, strong Excel and ERP skills, and excellent communication. You will manage POs, review invoices, and drive cost-saving initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in Purchasing or Supply Chain.
• Knowledge of inventory management, purchasing processes, and order processing systems.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, Microsoft Office, and inventory or manufacturing software.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review production schedules, forecasts, and inventory levels to ensure materials are available.
• Coordinate purchasing requirements for new product launches with R&D, Production, QA, and suppliers.
• Analyze material usage, production demand, and supplier lead times to maintain inventory levels.
• Create, manage, and track purchase orders to ensure timely deliveries.
• Identify shortages, excess inventory, and supply chain risks.
• Maintain purchasing and inventory records in the ERP system and prepare reports.
• Evaluate supplier pricing, lead times, and purchasing options for cost-effective decisions.
• Collaborate with internal departments and suppliers to resolve delays and quality concerns.
• Review and approve supplier invoices, ensuring accurate pricing and quantities.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings, inventory optimization, and process improvements.
