Job summary

Stampede Culinary Partners in Bridgeview, IL is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join our Finance team. This hands-on leadership role manages daily accounting operations, oversees AR/AP, and drives accurate month-end close in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will lead a growing accounting team, ensure GAAP compliance, and partner with Operations to strengthen inventory and manufacturing accounting. Join us to help scale finance processes and contribute to ongoing growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience (manufacturing experience strongly preferred).
• 2+ years of leadership or people management experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience leading month-end close processes.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead change, improve processes, and work cross-functionally.
• Experience with multi-site accounting and multi-currency transactions is a plus.

This is a hybrid, full-time position based in Bridgeview, IL.

YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER

As the Accounting Manager, you'll lead the daily accounting operations while ensuring accurate financial reporting and a successful month-end close. You'll oversee Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and General Accounting functions while coaching and developing a growing accounting team.
