Job summary

Radiant in El Segundo, CA, is seeking a proactive Indirect Procurement Manager to lead sourcing, negotiation, and supplier management across Facilities, IT, Professional Services, MRO, and consumables. You will collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Production to meet stringent technical, quality, and cost requirements.

The role demands expert negotiation, category strategy, and risk management in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Minimum 3–8 years of indirect procurement experience.
• Proven negotiation and contract-management track record.
• Familiarity with RFQ/RFP processes and category management.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing for indirect categories including Facilities, IT, Professional Services, MRO, consumables, and R&D collaborations.
• Negotiate MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and licensing agreements with suppliers and labs.
• Oversee procure-to-pay lifecycle and supplier performance reviews.
• Develop and manage supplier relationships and risk mitigation plans.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to meet technical, quality, and cost requirements.
