Job summary

Subaru of Indiana Automotive, Inc. is seeking a Contract Management Specialist - Indirect Procurement 1 to mitigate cost and risk through contracting and sourcing of services and equipment within the facility.

The role requires strategic sourcing and negotiation with suppliers to align with SIA’s objectives. You will lead sourcing projects, analyze cost data, and ensure contract compliance while collaborating with internal teams and suppliers to reduce total cost and improve supply chain

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 1-3 years relevant experience in sourcing or contracting.
• Experience contracting in a procurement or contract environment is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of supplier evaluation and cost analysis.

Responsibilities

• Leads contract or category sourcing and reduction activity (strategy, analysis, negotiation, target, and schedule).
• Collaborates with suppliers and internal departments to resolve supply chain issues.
• Analyzes cost data and qualifies supplier capabilities for contracts.
• Ensures contract compliance and reports results to upper management.
