Job summary

Florida Crystals Corporation is seeking a Buyer to support MRO procurement, sourcing materials and services for multiple sites, and generating SAP reports. You will analyze category data, negotiate contracts, and maintain supplier relationships in a collaborative team environment at West Palm Beach, FL.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years of purchasing experience, strong Excel and ERP skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while complying with company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university plus 2-5 years of applicable Purchasing experience.
• Experience using ERP systems to analyze and report purchasing data; SAP reports is a plus.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills; ability to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Process a high volume of requisitions from multiple sites under assigned categories.
• Prepare and coordinate supplier and/or service agreements.
• Use ERP systems to run complex reports and perform analytics.
• Release orders in a timely fashion per company guidelines.
• Negotiate contracts, price, and supplier agreements.
