Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola USA is seeking a Buyer II to manage suppliers and meet current and future commodity needs across the organization. You will negotiate pricing, coordinate purchases, and handle operational supplies and contracts for U.S. operations.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in business/procurement, 2+ years sourcing experience, SAP Ariba proficiency, and CPP/CIPS level 2 preferred. This role supports a dynamic procurement team in a large beverage network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business, procurement, supply chain or related field.
• 2+ years Sourcing in non-production commodities.
• Experience with SAP Ariba.
• CPP/CIPS Level 2 or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use a 7-step sourcing process to create and release RFPs and RFQs.
• Negotiate to achieve targeted cost using market intelligence.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve operations.
• Build and strengthen supplier relationships and ensure fairness.
• Receive and validate pricing and maintain pricing history.
• Forecast impact of price changes and document changes.
• Act as liaison between departments to resolve supply issues.
