Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Sr. Procurement Buyer for indirect castings and forgings in Phoenix. The role coordinates machining suppliers, casting/forging manufacturers, and internal teams to ensure uninterrupted material flow and timely PO execution.

You will monitor supplier commitments, lead times, and production schedules, driving supplier accountability and continuous improvement. A strong background in procurement, ERP systems, and data analytics is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• 5+ years of procurement, supply chain, or sourcing experience.
• Experience with castings, forgings, machining, metals, or industrial manufacturing preferred.
• Experience managing supplier relationships and PO execution.
• ERP experience with SAP/Oracle or equivalent.

Aufgaben

• Manage procurement activities for castings and forgings supporting machining suppliers.
• Ensure POs are placed, acknowledged, and executed per requirements.
• Track order status, commitments, production schedules and delivery performance.
• Coordinate forecasts with suppliers to support capacity planning.
• Monitor lead times and shipments to ensure material availability.
• Review confirmations and identify shortages or delivery risks.
• Support management of NREs, tooling investments, and readiness activities.
• Monitor supplier performance metrics and drive corrective actions.
