Responsibilities

• Plans and implements purchasing activities related to internal goods and services.
• Compiles and analyzes data to determine feasibility of buying products and to establish price objectives.
• Prepares and submits vendor quotes, RFPs, and bid packages; negotiates and awards contracts.
• Negotiates and settles with suppliers regarding prices, deliveries, and changes.
• Monitors orders, handles over-shipments, returns, and quality issues.
• Documents and maintains records of supplier performance and procurement activity.
