Evermark is seeking an Inbound Transportation Project Management Contractor to lead the transformation of inbound transportation as it moves from a single-node DC to a dual-node network in Texas and Ohio. Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in inbound transportation management, logistics network design, or supply chain operations.
• Demonstrated experience managing or redesigning inbound freight networks involving contract manufacturers and/or co-packers.
• Experience working with a global CM/co-packer network.
• Strong working knowledge of PO management processes and how they connect to transportation execution, including pick/pack/ship, ASN, and appointment scheduling.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems; Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central strongly preferred, TMS platforms (e.g., Oracle OTM, Blue Yonder, MercuryGate, or similar).
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally across Procurement, Supply Planning, Logistics, and Finance to drive alignment and execution.
• Strong analytical skills, experience with AI tools
• Prior experience with a DC network expansion or consolidation project is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Network Transition: Collaborate and project manage end-to-end transition of inbound freight flows from a single-DC model to a dual-node (TX/OH) model, including supplier-to-DC lane assignment and phased cutover planning.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with Procurement, Supply Planning, Logistics, and Finance to align on PO splitting logic, and inventory positioning across the two DCs.
• Supplier Process Design: Develop and document new PO management processes for contract manufacturers and co-packers, including how POs are split and routed by destination DC, pick/pack/ship instructions, labeling and ASN requirements, and appointment scheduling.
• Routing Logic: Work with Supply Planning to define the logic that determines which DC a given PO, SKU, or supplier should ship to, balancing freight cost, lead time, and service level.
• Carrier & Routing Guides: Update or build inbound routing guides, carrier selection logic, and freight cost models reflecting the new two-node lane structure w/3PL
• Supplier Change Management: Collaborate on supplier-facing communication and training on new shipping instructions, ensuring contract manufacturers and co-packers understand updated PO structures and DC-specific requirements.
• Documentation: Produce standard operating procedures, process flow documentation, and training materials for internal teams and external suppliers.
• Issue Resolution: Serve as the primary escalation point during cutover for routing errors, mis-shipped POs, or supplier compliance issues.
