Job summary

Alignment Health is seeking an experienced Implementation Manager, Technology & Vendor Integrations, to lead planning, execution, and operational deployment of strategic technology solutions across the Medicare Advantage program. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage vendor onboarding, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive go-live readiness from business case through stabilization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing technology implementations, operational projects, or vendor integrations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Strong project and program management skills.
• Experience with vendor relationship management and organizational change initiatives.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of strategic technology solutions, vendor services, and enterprise initiatives.
• Develop and manage implementation plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of implementation activities.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
• Support regulatory compliance and audit readiness throughout implementation lifecycles.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Project Management, or related field
