The role connects business development, sales, product, and operations to push project delivery and support field adoption for growth. The position requires 7+ years in related roles, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of financial products and regulations.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in business development, project management, sales management or implementation within financial services.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects and cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management abilities.
• Knowledge of financial products, services, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience coaching Advisors or a sales team.

Responsibilities

• Execute the implementation of new business development strategies, products, and services with cross-functional teams.
• Manage timelines and deliverables for field execution.
• Coordinate and lead training and support for sales and support teams for adoption of new technology and practice management.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and resolve issues during implementation.
• Collect and analyze feedback from field teams and clients for continuous improvement.
• Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to facilitate successful implementation.
