Job summary

Jobot is seeking a highly motivated Immigration Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This permanent position offers exposure to transactional matters, class actions, and employee-related issues, with a focus on compliance and strategic decision making.

The ideal candidate will hold a JD, be licensed, and bring at least three years of experience in transactional law and class actions. Strong research, negotiation, and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work independently

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Licensed attorney in good standing with at least 3 years of experience in transactional law, class actions, and employee-related issues.
• Excellent research, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to explain complex legal concepts to non-legal personnel.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on transactional matters, class actions, and employee issues.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other documents.
• Represent the organization in court, mediation, and other proceedings.
• Conduct legal research to support decision-making and policy development.
• Develop legal strategies to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with the legal team and other departments.
• Stay updated on current laws, regulations, and industry trends and report to senior management.
