Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
5+ years of progressive HR experience including employee relations and performance management.
Working knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance standards.
Professional HR certification (SHRM-CP or PHR) preferred.
Experience with HRIS systems; UKG experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary HR partner for assigned business units and managers.
Advise on employee relations, investigations, performance management, and coaching.
Support talent development, workforce planning, and internal mobility.
Ensure compliant HR processes and accurate documentation.
Partner with leaders on workforce strategies aligned to business goals.
