Job summary

Samaritan Health Services is seeking an experienced HR professional to serve as a strategic partner to executives and managers, aligning HR strategies with organizational goals. The role includes coaching, policy design, and leading complex investigations.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, 4+ years in HR with 2+ years in exempt-level work, and will obtain PHR/SPHR or SHRM certifications within a year of hire.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Four (4) years of progressively responsible Human Resources or closely related experience, including two (2) years of exempt-level work, required.
• PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification required within one (1) year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Functions as a strategic business partner and advisor to executives, managers, supervisors and employees in the development and implementation of human resources strategies and solutions that align with organizational goals.
• Serves as a liaison between entity/departments and the corporate human resources functions and represents the needs of the business units in the design of human resource programs and policies.
• Provides consultative guidance and coaching to managers and employees on human resources-related matters, ensuring alignment with corporate policies, goals, and objectives and takes a lead role in complex investigations.
