Job summary

NRG Energy is seeking a dynamic Talent Business Partner to support NRG Business. You will partner with assigned business units to provide strategic HR guidance, coaching, and employee relations across all HR matters to align people strategies with business goals.

You will lead initiatives in talent management, workforce planning, recruitment support, and data-driven reporting while partnering with L&D and HR systems to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of HR business partner experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum of 3 years analyzing and resolving employee issues with guidance to managers.
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail and data quality focus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with confidentiality and discretion.
• Experience with HR systems such as SuccessFactors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build strategic relationships with leaders, managers and employees to provide HR support.
• Advise management on policies, programs and people strategy to drive engagement.
• Support talent review, succession planning and engagement initiatives.
• Partner with L&D to align training with business needs and objectives.
• Assist with recruitment, compensation analysis and interview training.
