• Support compensation reviews and job evaluations with senior leadership.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to align recruitment with department needs.
• Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR requirements.
• Support DC employees' development, engagement, and retention.
• Provide guidance to managers on people-related matters.
