Lemontree Healthcare is seeking a strategic HR Business Partner to align HR initiatives with business objectives and foster a positive work environment within its Tysons, VA operation.

The HRBP will partner with leaders to drive workforce planning, talent development, and policy implementation while ensuring compliance, employee engagement, and operational excellence in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in HRBP or HR Generalist roles.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred.
• Experience advising managers on employee relations, performance, and HR policies.

Responsabilités

• Strategic HR partnership with leadership to align HR strategies with goals.
• Guide workforce planning, organizational design, retention, and staffing.
• Investigate employee relations matters with confidentiality and objectivity.
• Coach managers on performance, feedback, and documentation.
• Support HR policy implementation and compliance.
