Disney Entertainment & ESPN Product and Technology is seeking an HR Business Partner to join our dynamic HR Team in Glendale, CA. This role partners with leadership to define and implement HR strategies, drive organization design, talent management, and change management across client teams.

Responsibilities include serving as the main HR contact for client groups, delivering integrated HR services, and coaching leaders on talent planning, learning, and performance management to foster a culture

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Human Resources.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects with strong prioritization skills.
• Demonstrated integration and strategic planning skills.
• Experience analyzing data and telling stories with data.
• Strong Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables and graphs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the point of contact with business client groups to implement HR solutions.
• Drive people initiatives aligned to business strategy.
• Deliver HR services ensuring seamless integration of initiatives.
• Act as project manager for HR initiatives and special projects.
• Coach business leaders on HR policies and processes to promote engagement.
