Job summary

Buckingham Search client is seeking an HR Business Partner to support managers and employees across a broad range of people matters in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.

You will handle employee relations, performance management, onboarding, compensation changes, mobility, HRIS transactions, and development initiatives, partnering with Recruiting, Legal, and Talent teams. 5+ years HRBP/HR Generalist experience and a Bachelor’s degree required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or People Operations experience.
• Experience supporting employee relations, performance management, onboarding, talent development, compensation, and recruiting.
• Background in a high-growth or highly technical environment; experience in financial services, technology, or professional services is preferred.
• Strong judgment and discretion when handling confidential matters.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers on employee relations, performance concerns, coaching, organizational changes, and team effectiveness.
• Support employees and managers through onboarding, transfers, leave, development, and offboarding.
• Assist with annual HR processes: reviews, merit/bonus planning, compensation changes, mobility, and HRIS transactions.
• Collaborate with Recruiting, Talent Development, Legal, Compliance, Workplace, and business leaders.
