Job summary

Vericel Corporation, a leader in advanced cell therapies for sports medicine and burn care, seeks a hands-on HR Operations & Total Rewards Manager to own key programs across onboarding, compensation, benefits, HR systems, and compliance. You will drive efficient processes and provide timely support to employees and managers, using data insights to guide decisions.

The role is onsite in Burlington, MA with a flexible option to work remotely on Fridays, reporting to HR leadership and collaborating

Qualifications

Typically 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including independent ownership of HR Operations and/or Total Rewards programs.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

Responsibilities

Own and continuously improve core HR operational processes, onboarding, transitions, and offboarding.
Manage HR systems and data integrity, reviewing information across platforms and leveraging technology.
Analyze workforce data and HR metrics to identify trends and present actionable insights to HR leadership.
Partner with Payroll to ensure accurate HR documentation for payroll processing.
Drive HR process improvements and support HRIS initiatives with testing and coordination.
