Job summary

The Friedkin Group is seeking an experienced Manager, Human Resources to lead HR functions for a designated client group in the USAL network. You will partner with business leaders and the Director of HR to drive workforce planning, training, engagement and retention aligned with company values.

Responsibilities include managing HR partnerships, delivering insights, ensuring regulatory compliance, and guiding leadership on employee relations and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
• 5-8 years HR experience with emphasis in employee relations and talent acquisition.
• Solid competencies in HRMS (ADP) and Time & Attendance systems (Kronos).
• 40%–30% travel requirement in assigned region (approximate).
• Demonstrate initiative, leadership, and interpersonal influence.
• Knowledge of HR disciplines including administration, employment and associate relations.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR business partnership functions within the assigned client group.
• Deliver data-driven organizational insights to support daily operations and future planning.
• Ensure compliance with DOT, FMCSA, and employment regulations in partnership with Safety and HR teams.
• Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and programs.
• Advise management on employee relations, performance, and disciplinary actions.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll processes with Finance and Payroll.
