Job summary

OPCO Skilled Management in the United States is seeking a Human Resources Manager to service multiple facilities across New Mexico. Under the VP of HR, you will lead employee relations, performance management, retention planning, and leadership development; travel is required.

You will support Payroll/HR Coordinators, analyze data to drive company initiatives, and ensure compliance with employment laws while maintaining confidentiality and high professional standards.

Qualifications

• Three years HR management experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required or equivalent experience.
• Healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR operations across multiple facilities in NM.
• Oversee employee relations, including investigations.
• Manage performance management, discipline, and terminations.
• Use data analytics to drive retention and engagement initiatives.
• Provide guidance to Payroll/HR Coordinators and Managers.
• Travel to facilities as required.
