Job summary

Biospectra Inc. is seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager to lead HR initiatives across our manufacturing-focused organization.

You will oversee talent acquisition strategies, policy management, investigations, absence management, compensation administration, performance management, and employee engagement. The role requires strategic partnership with managers, strong communication, and the ability to travel to Biospectra facilities in northeastern Pennsylvania and Toronto, Canada.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field.
• Minimum of five years of HR management experience in manufacturing.
• Working knowledge of employment law, compensation, employee relations and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Develop hiring strategies and lead college recruiting and intern programs.
• Lead HR policy management, compliance, investigations and corrective action processes.
• Manage Absence Management Program and reporting.
• Provide HR guidance to managers on compensation, performance and talent actions.
• Lead performance review program and ensure clear job descriptions and tools.
• Administer compensation program for non-exempt employees and support annual rewards.
• Drive employee engagement and turnover reduction initiatives.
• Support employee development and onboarding programs.
• Travel to Biospectra facilities in PA and Toronto as needed.
