Job summary

S&S Activewear seeks a Senior HR Manager/Senior HR Business Partner to lead HR strategy across sites and functions. This role partners with leadership on talent and engagement initiatives and oversees compensation, payroll, and employee relations.

The position is based onsite in Reading, PA, with a salary range of $95,000 to $110,000 annually based on experience. Strong communication and leadership capabilities are essential for success in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, social sciences, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience with leadership and multi-site management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms (ADP/Workday).
• Fluency in English; bilingual is a plus.
• HR professional certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR leadership and guidance in Talent Management, Performance, Leadership Development, and Engagement.
• Supervise Regional HRGs and HR Coordinators, fostering a high-performing team.
• Act as change agent to drive transformation and engagement across sites.
• Partner with Recruiting, Total Rewards, and Talent Enablement on HR initiatives.
• Administer employee relations programs and ensure legal compliance.
