Job summary

ADUSA Distribution, the distribution arm of Ahold Delhaize USA, seeks an HR Business Partner to align people strategy with business outcomes across the Greencastle distribution center. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to DC leadership, embedding HR programs that build capability, leadership depth, and a diverse, high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HR experience or in a related field.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel 10–20% outside the home office.
• PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification a plus.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be a strategic advisor to functional leaders, translating objectives into talent solutions.
• Lead HR initiatives in performance, leadership development, compliance, DEI, and union awareness.
• Develop leaders and talent pipelines through succession planning and targeted recruiting.
• Elevate associate engagement and culture through data-driven actions.
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion with inclusive staffing and processes.
• Drive workforce planning and partner with learning teams on development.
• Lead and develop HR teams ensuring policy compliance.
• Support change management and internal communications.
• Serve as internal consultant, building relationships across leadership and HR COE.
• Drive performance and accountability embedding into operations.
