Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or related field required.
• Experience: 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership responsibilities.
• Knowledge of employment laws, benefits, compensation, and HR metrics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Serve as strategic advisor to President/CEO and managers on workforce matters.
• Lead HR team and set policies, priorities, and service standards.
• Oversee recruiting, onboarding, promotions, transfers, and workforce planning.
• Manage compensation, benefits programs, and HRIS/payroll processes.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
