Job summary

Corning is seeking an experienced HR Director, Global Engineering and MT&E, based in Painted Post, NY, to lead engineering talent strategy and workforce planning across the global engineering footprint. You will partner with the Chief Engineer, Engineering Council, and HR leadership to strengthen capability and talent pipelines, drive succession and mobility, and ensure scalable workforce solutions.
