Corning Incorporated is seeking an HR Director, Global Engineering and MT&E to align pivotal talent initiatives with engineering leadership, councils, and HR to strengthen Corning’s engineering capabilities and talent pipelines.

You will lead workforce strategy, capability planning, succession management, talent mobility, and workforce intelligence in partnership with engineering and HR leaders to mitigate risk and support strategic growth globally.

Qualifications
