Job summary

Sotera Health Company seeks an experienced HR Director to lead HR delivery across the US & Canada region (≈1,000+ employees across 25 US sites and 3 Canada sites). You will shape leadership decisions, drive data-driven people strategies, and lead a team of HR Business Partners in a complex, multi-site environment.

You will partner with HR Operations and COEs to advance enterprise programs, ensure compliance, and elevate organizational effectiveness region-wide.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field required.
10+ years of progressive HR experience including people leadership.
Experience in manufacturing and corporate environments.
Strong background in complex employee relations with analytical capability.
Experience collaborating with HR Operations and COEs.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary HR leader for US & Canada region, aligning people strategies with business priorities.
Lead and coach a team of HR Business Partners to drive performance and engagement.
Oversee end-to-end HR delivery including onboarding, performance, and offboarding.
Ensure regulatory compliance across US and Canadian sites and mitigate risk.
Partner with HR Operations and COEs to drive enterprise programs and analytics.
