Job summary

Qualifications

• Seven+ years in a senior HR leadership role.
• Master’s degree in HR or equivalent experience.
• Superior interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and staff development experience.
• Strong knowledge of payroll, benefits, compliance and HR regulations.
• Excellent organizational, planning and multitasking skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws and regulations.
• Oversee recruitment, background checks and interview processes.
• Manage benefits programs, open enrollment and retirement plans.
• Oversee payroll accuracy and timekeeping compliance.
• Design and deliver training and professional development programs.
• Administer performance management and employee relations initiatives.
• Lead department budgeting and vendor management.
• Promote a culture of equity, inclusion, and trust.
