Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a strategic and hands-on HR leader to guide all human resources functions for a growing medical device manufacturer (~160 employees). You will partner with executive leadership to drive HR strategy, talent development, employee engagement, and regulatory compliance across locations.

In this role, you will lead a small HR team, oversee recruiting, onboarding, compensation, benefits, payroll, and performance management, and ensure adherence to FDA/GMP/ISO requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
• Experience in medical device, life sciences, manufacturing, or other regulated industries preferred.
• SPHR, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to the CFO and leadership team.
• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead workforce planning, organizational design, and talent management.
• Oversee employee relations, compensation, benefits, payroll, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and FDA/GMP/ISO requirements.
• Direct recruiting, onboarding, leadership development, and succession planning.
• Manage HR policies, audits, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
• Foster a positive, high-performance, employee-focused culture.
