The North Carolina Judicial Branch seeks a Human Resources Director to build and lead HR operations for the Council of District Attorneys. You will shape policies, oversee recruitment, and design workforce programs for District Attorney offices across the state.

As part of the founding team, you will implement systems, advise leadership, and ensure compliant, efficient services. This strategic, collaborative role supports North Carolina’s prosecution mission.

Formación

• Broad knowledge of HR principles, management practices, personnel administration, and employment laws.
• Experience across several HR disciplines and ability to apply policies to complex situations.
• Ability to develop practical HR plans and advise leaders on HR decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Establish HR operations: build the HR team and services with service standards.
• Oversee recruitment, compensation, benefits, leave, performance, and employee relations.
• Coordinate policies, compliance, and HR data with payroll and fiscal teams.
• Support District Attorneys and employees with guidance, onboarding, and development.
• Lead HR team and coordinate with legal, fiscal, and agency partners.
