The Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation seeks a Director, Talent & Culture to lead Benefits & Wellness, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Relations. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this role will guide people strategies, implement compliant programs, and deliver data-driven workforce insights across the organization.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in HR, 5+ years in leadership, and a proven track record in benefits administration, retirement governance, and HR compliance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; 10+ years HR experience; 5+ years HR leadership.
• Expertise in benefits administration, retirement plans, and HR compliance.
• Strong knowledge of talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR metrics.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic T&C partnership with Chief People Officer.
• Oversee benefits, retirement plans, and wellness programs.
• Provide leadership for talent acquisition and employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Develop and monitor T&C dashboards and KPIs.
• Coach and develop T&C staff; drive continuous improvement.
