Job summary

Polaris Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support the Vehicle Electronics & Software and Product Development Excellence engineering organizations.

You will partner with leaders to translate business priorities into people strategies and guide talent management, workforce planning, engagement, and leadership development. You will collaborate with HR centers of expertise to deliver integrated solutions, drive organizational capability, and enable strong business performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Organizational Development, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive HRBP/HR generalist experience.
• Ability to partner with leaders and translate priorities into effective HR actions.
• Experience supporting performance management, compensation planning, talent reviews, and succession planning.
• Strong communication, coaching, analytical, problem‑solving, and project management skills.
• Experience working in a matrixed, cross‑functional environment; Workday preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with engineering leaders to translate business priorities into action plans.
• Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.
• Lead talent management processes: performance reviews, talent reviews, development planning, promotions.
• Coach leaders on talent assessment, employee development, engagement, and communications.
• Collaborate with HR functions to strengthen leadership capability and talent outcomes.
• Use workforce data to identify opportunities to improve employee experience and retention.
• Execute annual HR processes with consistency and accuracy, including goals and compensation planning.
• Manage HR transactions and Workday activities with HR Operations and leaders.
• Analyze data to support decision making and improve organizational outcomes.
