Job summary

Raphael & Associates is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to act as a strategic partner to leaders and employees across the full lifecycle. The role focuses on strengthening employee engagement, supporting organizational effectiveness, and ensuring consistent HR practices.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or higher in HR, business, or related field.
• 5+ years progressive HR experience, HRBP or similar role preferred.
• Experience partnering with managers to address organizational and employee needs.
• Strong onboarding and offboarding leadership and exit interview programs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders and managers to align HR strategies with business goals.
• Provide guidance and coaching on employee relations, performance management, and HR policies.
• Serve as a trusted resource to employees and leadership, fostering a positive workplace.
• Analyze workforce trends and recommend solutions to improve engagement and retention.
• Support organizational changes and workforce initiatives.
