Job summary

Gateway Search Associates is seeking an HR Executive to serve as the primary strategic partner to the CHRO and site leadership, overseeing two industrial sites. This role drives modernization, AI-enabled HR delivery, and a redefined employee experience for a diverse salaried and production workforce.

You will move from tactical oversight to strategic architecture, leading change efforts, talent development, and data-driven HR KPIs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• MBA or advanced HR certification preferred.
• 10+ years in HR with senior leadership experience.
• Expertise in employee relations, staffing, compensation, and labor relations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic partner to CHRO and site leadership.
• Design and deploy an HR roadmap across two sites.
• Lead change management and culture initiatives.
• Coach executives on organizational design and workforce planning.
• Direct and develop a team of HR Business Partners.
