Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience managing hotel operations (Rooms, Security, Engineering, Spa)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Financial performance management including budgets, forecasts and labor/expense control
• Visible, proactive operational leadership across property

Responsibilities

• Own operations P&L performance for all areas of responsibility.
• Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and capital plans in partnership with finance.
• Analyze financial results, identify performance gaps, and implement corrective action plans.
• Ensure venues deliver consistent brand identity, storytelling, and service execution.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and drive targeted improvement plans with property leadership.
• Lead training initiatives focused on service excellence, safety, and brand standards.
• Motivate, coach and counsel team members according to resort practices.
• Oversee front desk operation and ensure guest experience aligns with service culture.
• Maximize room revenue and occupancy by monitoring rate variance and house status daily.
• Complete the monthly reforecast and monitor labor expenses.
